14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with XNBC. If you are not happy with your subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Follow Paddle's refund request process.
- Alternatively, contact us at info@xnbc.studio with your Paddle order reference and we will initiate the refund on your behalf.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your XNBC account or via Paddle's customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund unless it falls within the 14-day money-back guarantee window.
